When using such support for the knee, one must keep in mind the density of its fastening on the leg. If you wind the fabric loosely, then it will not perform its functions.

After sports have ended, you must immediately remove the bandages. You should not continue to practice with rewound legs, if you no longer plan to lift heavy weight. Too often to use such a fixation is also not recommended, unless you have weak ligaments. Everything needs to be done in moderation and only when necessary.

Remember, rewinding knees with bandages will not save you from possible injuries! This is not knee protection, but just support. Therefore, do not overestimate the bandage, do not overexert when squatting with weights, so as not to get injured.

Bandaging will cover training if the athlete suffers from arthrosis or other diseases. Arthrosis causes pain to a person whose life is directly related to physical activity. Bandages are necessary in this case.
