There are many different recipes for salads with light-salted fish, but this one is especially tender and light. It can even be called dietary.

The right ingredients

Step cooking

  1. Wash and chop the cucumbers and tomatoes.

Warm salad with fried salmon and pickles

Hot salmon in a salad is a spicy and tasty element. It makes the taste of ordinary vegetables open in a new way. For cooking, you need a chilled salmon filet - frozen will not work. The thing is that during defrosting the meat will become drier and tougher. And this, as you know, is not the best option.

When choosing the main ingredient, you also need to pay attention to the color of the fish - it should be pearl pink with a uniform color of the plates. When pressed, the meat should spring slightly.

List of necessary ingredients

  • salted (pickled) cucumber - 150g,

Unusual boiled salmon salad

The rich taste of vegetables also goes well with boiled salmon. This dish is simply indispensable with proper, dietary nutrition and weight loss, because the number of calories is minimal. And on the contrary, there are very few carbohydrates.

Steamed fish is also suitable in this salad - this dish will only benefit.

Ingredients for the dish

  • tomatoes - 200g,
  • salad mix - 100g,
  • a piece of chilled salmon - 200g,
  • quail eggs - 5-6pcs (if the testes are ordinary, then 3pcs),
  • cucumber - 200g,
  • vegetable oil,
  • lemon (juice)
  • salt,
  • pepper.


  1. Strip the fish, boil it in boiling water (or rather steam it), cool it, take it apart into fibers.
  2. Peel and chop vegetables. Do the same procedure with the eggs.
  3. Rinse lettuce leaves well, dry and lay on the bottom of the bowl.
  4. Put the rest of the ingredients on top of a salad pad (thick layer of leaves).
  5. Pour the salad with a mixture of lemon juice, oil and salt.
  6. Garnish with walnuts.

Salmon Puff Salad

This dish is especially appreciated by men, because it is not only tasty, but also hearty.

The right products

  • red fish fillet - 200g,
  • tomatoes - 3pcs,
  • hard cheese - 150g,
  • chicken eggs - 3pcs.

Sauce Ingredients

  • chicken eggs - 2pcs,
  • olive oil (or any other vegetable) - 200ml,
  • ready mustard or mustard powder - 10g,
  • lemon juice - 20ml,
  • sea ​​salt.

For decoration, you can use red caviar. The recipe is designed for three portioned plates.

Step by step recipe

  1. Boil eggs, cool, shell. Then separate the protein from the yolk. Proteins need to be cut into small strips, and the yolks are kneaded with a fork or knife.
  2. Peel, boil and grind the fish.
  3. Wash and cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
  4. Grate hard cheese.
  5. Make the sauce. To do this, separate the yolks from the proteins. Beat the yolks with a blender and slowly, drop by drop, introduce vegetable oil into them. When the mass becomes dense enough, add lemon juice, mustard, salt, pepper. Beat for another minute - and the mayonnaise is ready.

  1. Peel the fish, take out all the bones, chop (like on a carpaccio), marinate in a mixture of juices and soy sauce (at least 20 minutes).
  2. Peel the avocado, remove the stone, cut into a small cube and season it in the same way as salmon (otherwise the vegetable may darken).
  3. Peel and grind the grapefruit (remove the white partitions, as they are bitter) and cut into cubes.
  4. Rinse lettuce leaves under running water and dry a little on a paper towel.
  5. We collect the salad: on the bottom you need to put a pillow of salad, avocado, grapefruit and salmon.
  6. For dressing, mix olive oil, soy sauce and mustard. Pour over the salad mixture.
  7. We decorate the salad with basil and enjoy.

If you are embarrassed by the presence of raw fish in the salad, then the salmon can be fried and served hot.

Smoked salmon salad

This salad has a very original dressing and is prepared from hot smoked salmon. Your guests will appreciate it and will definitely ask for a recipe.

  • 2 tbsp. l orange fresh,
  • 1 tbsp. l lime juice
  • olive oil.

This dish is prepared quite simply: cut all the ingredients, mix and season to your taste.

Garnish with fried sesame seeds.

Delicate salad of canned salmon

This original recipe using canned salmon, originally from sunny Greece, is easy to prepare. And although the salad is made from canned salmon (and not fresh fish), its taste will delight any gourmet.
