What can be prepared from amaranth seeds?

Ingredients for the dough:

- high-lysine wholemeal flour - ¾ cup,

- melted margarine - 1 tablespoon,
- skim cream - 1 cup.
- sift the flour
- mix all dry ingredients with flour,
- beat the egg
- mix all liquid components well - whipped protein, milk and melted margarine,
- put everything together, mix thoroughly and put in a baking dish,
- bake for about half an hour.
