Cut butter into slices, put in a small pan. Stir occasionally, melt over low heat. Let’s cool.

Break eggs into a bowl, pour sugar, mix with a whisk or using a mixer.

Add oil, slaked soda with vinegar. For a flavor, put a pinch of vanillin. Sift the flour, pour into the egg mixture, stirring constantly, until a uniform smooth mass is formed.

The dough should not be too thin or steep. If the dough is thick, add milk.

Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil, put on fire. We heat from two sides. When the pan is heated, we carefully lay out in the center 2 tablespoons of dough.

We close the form, squeeze the handles tightly for several seconds. Bake over medium heat until golden brown. Turn the form over, bake on the other side.

We spread the finished cookies in a plate slide.

To make Droplet cookies I needed:

margarine - 250 grams (I replaced it with butter)
eggs - 2 pcs.
sugar - 1/4 cup
soda - 1 tsp
salt - 0.5 tsp
starch - 3 tbsp
flour - 1.5 cups

Butter warmed in the microwave for half a minute to make it soft, but at the same time not to melt. Usually I pull it out an hour before cooking from the freezer, but there was no time to wait long.

I add a little flour and again mix the dough, first with a fork, and then with my hand.

So much flour is needed for the dough to gather in a bowl. I put it in the refrigerator for an hour.

Then I tear off a little dough, roll a sausage in diameter about one and a half centimeters and cut into small pieces, about 8 mm wide.

It should make small cookies, really droplets. Laid them out on a baking sheet. I put it in a preheated oven and baked at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes until lightly browned.

Cookies rise a bit in the oven.

I love cookies with starch; it always turns out to be tender and crumbly. Similar cookies can be made without eggs.
