cooking method

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Then we put it in a stewpan or pan, and put it on the stove. The pan must be dry. Then add a little flour, and stirring constantly, lightly fry it. When the flour becomes a little brown, pour in the cream, mix everything thoroughly until smooth.

We mix in the chopped greens - parsley, chives, dill, add a pinch of nutmeg. If desired, add other spices, salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly.

We cook chicken eggs separately and chop them finely. Add them to the finished sauce and mix well.

Put the butter in a saucepan or a small saucepan and melt over medium heat. Pour in flour, whisking butter with a whisk. Add salt and pepper and cook, stirring constantly, for a couple of minutes. The mass should be a homogeneous consistency.

Continuing to whisk the mixture with a whisk, pour in half the cream and cook for about a minute. Add the remaining cream and, stirring, cook for another 3-5 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
